These are 15" square cloth napkins with fringed edges. They're tan, blue and white. Other than a couple pulled threads, they're in really nice condition. I don't know what fabric they're made of. The edges of each placemat are hemmed. The fringe feels like a light weight yarn, and the fringe is the same material that the placemats are made of, so I think these would best be described as woven placemats.
