This is a souvenir of the Philadelphia Marriott Hotel. It has the name of the hotel over a silhouette of the Liberty Bell in gold on the front. It's an insulated bag with a handle. Just put a large bottle of pop (or whatever) in there and it will keep it cool so you can take it with you.
