These napkins are 16" square. They're a light blue, and they have the eyelet lines around the inside. I don't know much of anything about fabric in general, so I can't tell you what they are made of. They are pretty faded, but they could be dyed and would look as nice as new. Some of you more creative people might even want to embroider or monogram them for an extra touch.
