This is a 1984, hand painted piece from the Woodland Surprise collection by Franklin Porcelain. The name of the artist, Jacqueline B. Smith is signed on the bottom. A cute little turtle is hiding among some cattails and grasses. There is a tiny chip on the edge of the base, and some small scratches in the paint on the bottom of the turtle, but otherwise this piece is in really nice condition.
