This guy is a real cutie. The mug is about 4.75" tall. The black details look hand painted to me. The bottom is marked Holiday Designs USA. If I remember correctly this was an offshoot of the parent company McCoy Pottery. I believe this piece was made in the 1960's. It has some spots of what looks like white paint on the back and handle. These come off easily. It also has some chips on the base and handle. There is a small chip in the finish in his moustache. There is a scratch on the back and a couple spots that look like tape residue as well. Damaged or not, this thing is absolutely adorable!!! If you collect pottery, here's a piece you won't want to miss.
