This is a 3 1/2" tall cup and 6" saucer made by Gibson. They have a floral transferware pattern. The bottoms are marked "dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven safe". Both pieces have wear on the black band on the rims. The saucer has some utensil marks and the cup has one small chip on the rim. Otherwise, they seem to be in nice condition.
