This beautiful bisque porcelain bell is 4.5" tall. The girl is holding a broom in one hand, and what looks like a wooden shoe in the other. Her cap and dress don't look Dutch, but the shoe made me think she might be a Dutch "peasant" girl. I didn't find any damage on this piece. The inside is marked with a black 7.
