This basket is about 8" tall, including the handle, which does not fold down. The basket is 5.5" diameter. It's a very pretty piece, with delicate etched glass birds. It's a little tarnished, and it has a broken weld where the handle meets the basket on one side. This does not detract from the overall appearance of the basket.
