This bottle is approximately 4" tall. The bottle is glass, and the cap is metal. The cap has seven small holes in the center. They remind me of the types of holes you see in salt shakers. As you can see, the label is damaged. I did not see any damage on the bottle, although the cap is rusty. The bottle has writing embossed on the bottom, but I can't make out what it says.
