This is a single speed fan, with no on/off switch. It is approximately 11" tall, the blade guard is 9" in diameter, and the blade is 8" in diameter. A tag on the front says Sears Kenmore, and there is a date stamp on the bottom which reads 4 68. This fan runs well, but it is very slow starting (sometimes needs a push)and the bearings are a little noisy.
