This is a set of two 12" 78 rpm records. They are Beethoven's Sonata 14, in C-sharp minor, played by pianist Ignace Jan Paderewski. Each record is in a brown paper sleeve. Other than a couple of very light scratches the records themselves are in really beautiful condition. They need to be cleaned, but I didn't see any damage or graying in the grooves. The labels on the records are in really nice condition as well. The paper sleeves are wrapped in a protective cover of heavy paper. This cover has a tear at the top crease, but othewise is in great condition. The front of the jacket has some wear at the edges. The back cover has a bent corner, and some stains and scratches. Overall this set is in really beautiful condition. Even the inner jacket label is in good condition. They do have a bit of a musty smell from being in storage.
