This set is from India. The pedestal has three faces at the tops of the legs, each with a ring. I believe the ball is metal as well. It's hand-painted, as you can clearly see brush strokes in the paint. The two pieces together are approximately 8" tall. Other than a small chip of red paint missing from the bottom of the ball, I didn't find any damage on this set.
