This is a 10.5" diameter tab handled serving platter or underplate which has the Universal Ballerina stencilled backstamp. This line was introduced in the 1940's. It's a dove gray color and has no chips, cracks or crazing. It will need to be cleaned, and it has a few faint utensil scratches and one spot on the rim that appears to be a small bit of pottery caught in the glaze.
