This cup is 3.25" tall. It has a gold band around the rim, and a two-wheeled flower cart on the front. The bottom is marked Cobalt Expressly produced for Heritage Mint LTD L.A.C.A. Japan. It has a discolored spot inside that feels slightly raised. This cup was only used for display. I did not see any crazing on it.
